Peter has held several senior leadership positions within the sales and service industries.  He has also developed his knowledge by working in Learning & Development for over 15 years, gaining qualifications and valuable experience.  Peter has also partnered with many construction companies including, tier one main contractors, leading multidisciplinary practices and several recognised subcontractors.Whilst Peter predominately focusses on leadership development, he is also an honouree fellow at The Institute of Sales Management and supports many clients with their business development strategies.Peter is a natural coach, his desire to support others to reach their full potential, coupled with his honest approach, means that Peter is highly effective in bringing about behavioural change in others.Whilst Peter's services are retained by the organisation, the sessions he has with those he coaches remains confidential.Contact Peter today to discuss how executive coaching could support and develop you or your senior team.
