About Peter

People often have far more potential than they recognise in themselves.

My purpose is simple: to help people see what is possible, unlock that potential and turn it into meaningful, lasting change.

For me, success is not simply delivering coaching sessions or training programmes. It is seeing people think differently, behave differently and become more capable of fulfilling their potential long after our work together has finished.

Having held senior leadership roles within sales and service-led businesses, I understand the everyday pressures faced by managers and leaders. My approach is practical, honest and grounded in the realities of the workplace—not simply telling people what to do, but encouraging reflection, challenging thinking and helping them recognise the impact they have on others.

I work with individuals, teams and organisations across the construction industry, including tier-one contractors, consultancies and specialist subcontractors. At the heart of every relationship is trust and confidentiality. Even when retained by an organisation, the individual remains at the centre of the process.

How I help

No off-the-shelf answer.
The right work for the need.

I work across these connected disciplines. The right approach is only agreed after I understand the people, context and outcome.

01

Professional Development Coaching

Confidential, honest and direct one-to-one work that explores blind spots, builds self-awareness and turns insight into sustainable behavioural change.

02

Leadership & Team Development

Practical development for managers, leaders and teams—shaped around the real dynamics, culture and challenges within your organisation.

03

Facilitation

Structured, inclusive leadership sessions that surface the right conversations and turn discussion into clear decisions, ownership and action.

04

Sales & Business Development

Commercially focused development that strengthens customer conversations, strategic relationships, confidence and long-term value.

How it begins

We don’t begin with a package.
We begin with understanding.

The first conversation is about exploring what is happening, what needs to change and whether I am the right person to help. Only then do we agree the focus and shape of the work.

Arrange an exploratory conversation
  1. Explore

We begin by understanding the wider context: what is happening now, the pressures involved and the outcomes you want to create.

  2. Identify

Together we surface the development opportunities, patterns and blind spots that may be limiting progress or affecting others.

  3. Agree

We decide where the work should focus, how it should be approached and what meaningful success will look like in practice.

  4. Change

New thinking and behaviours are applied, reviewed and refined until improved performance becomes sustainable and instinctive.

Coaching methodology

From a hidden blind spot
to instinctive behaviour.

Meaningful change begins by recognising what we do not yet know. Coaching then builds awareness, develops practical capability and reinforces new behaviour until it becomes natural in the workplace.

  1. 01
    Unconscious incompetence

    I don’t know what I don’t know

Exploring blind spots and behaviours that may be limiting performance or relationships.

  2. 02
    Conscious incompetence

I now know what needs to change

Recognising and agreeing the development need creates ownership and a clear focus.

  3. 03
    Conscious competence

I can do it when I think about it

Practical tools are applied in real situations, then reviewed, refined and repeated.

  4. 04
    Unconscious competence

It has become part of how I lead

Successful behaviours become instinctive—creating sustainable change that sticks.

Development areas

Practical expertise.
Tailored to the need.

These are not fixed packages. They are areas of expertise that can be brought together after we have explored your organisation, people and desired outcomes.

Client experiences

Trusted to have the conversations
that make a difference.

Working with Peter over the last six months has allowed me to become a more confident leader in the workplace. His sessions are both engaging and thought provoking. The exercises and tools he suggests I use in my professional and personal life are challenging but without doubt are producing beneficial results to me becoming a better leader.

A useful first step

Let’s start with a focused
conversation about your goals.

No predetermined package and no assumption about the answer. Just a useful first conversation to understand what you want to achieve and where I may be able to help.
